NY Man Has Trouble Getting Money for Home Repairs

Years after Superstorm Sandy ravaged the area some homeowners are still waiting to rebuild. A Long Island man who had his insurance payout was finally approved but he still had trouble getting the money. Consumer reporter Lynda Baquero has the story.
