Police are asking for the public's help to identify the man responsible for a string of church burglaries in the Hacienda Heights and Rowland Heights areas.
The man entered churches during the day, when they were open to the public, and repeatedly stole large amounts of cash left in locked donation boxes.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Industry Station describe the man as having "tribal band" tattoos on both legs, and large tattoos on his arms.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to contact Detective Heard at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Industry Station at 626-330-3322.
Authorities will provide additional information at a press conference Thursday.
